The PHE Overhauling Programme includes:

• Transportation.
• Visual Inspection of plates before cleaning
• Submit the preliminary report on the inspection findings.
• Chemical cleaning of plates and removal of old gaskets.
• DPT (Dye-Penetrant Test) & Report
• Cleaning each plate with acetone before installing new gaskets.
• Installation of new gaskets
• Cleaning and lubricating, tightening bolts.
• Reassembly of the plate heat exchanger with hydrotesting and client witness.
• Prepare the final report and the hydro test report.
